Abstract

This research was concert in CV. Mahkota, Padang. The purpose a view to determining the implementation of inventory to warehouse management. The product under study is the product contained in CV. Mahkota and has 450 kinds of products. The product used as research is karak kaliang, rendang telur, kue bawang and tojin jagung. The implementation of inventory policy carried out from the design of a software to determine the result of calculations from the method of Lot Sizing, Least Unit Cost, Economic Order Quantity and Period Order Quantity. The result is use Lot Sizing Method. Product of Tojin Jagung with the methods of Economic Order Quantity in order two time of one year, product of Karak Kaliang with the methods of Period Order Quantity in order four time of one year, product of Rendang Telur with the methods of Period Order Quantity in order three time of one year, product of Kue Bawang with the methods of Period Order Quantity and Economic Order Quantity in order three time of one year.
