ANALISIS PERBAIKAN SISTEM FASILITAS KERJA YANG TIDAK ERGONOMIS DENGAN METODE SIX-SIGMA PADA STASIUN PENAJAKAN KARET KERING DI PT.FAMILY RAYA

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the facilities that are not ergonomic at dry rubber station with six-sigma method. At DMAIC stage there is Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires NBM to analyze the working posture using the method of QEC and Toolkit Ergonomic Lifting Operations and obtained total score of exposure level of 81.81% and 13.49 kg for Lifting Operation .The limit which will be research and Change as soon as possible. to analyze the anthropometric repair work postures used to obtain the proposed facility design that meets ergonomic aspects affecting ergonomic working postures. The results of this study suggest that doing repair work facility immediately to reduce the occurrence of muscle injury MSDs (musculoskeletal disorders).
