Abstract

Welding is the connection of two metals by providing heat either above or below the liquid point of the metal either with or without pressure and added or without filler metal. 6013 tife high cellulose electrode is the main material of organic substance while 7016 tife low hydrogen electrode is the main material of lime and flourate. Welding using SMAW with Steel construction material. Material testing is by testing Impact, tensile and micro to know the price of material with different electrode.With Strong Flow welding process set at 100 A.
