Abstract

ABSTRACT

 

Wild taro (Colocasia esculenta Schott L Var. Antiquorum) is a plant that can be updated untill content 43.67%. The results that have been achieved for the types of variables HCl, H2SO4, HClO4 at 0:00; 0.05; 0.10; 0.15 and 0.20 N obtained the highest glucose levels HClO4 at a concentration of 0.10 N. The variable fermentation time  48, 72, 96, 120 and 144 hours obtained the highest ethanol content is 19.10% of the fermentation time 96 hours.
