Abstract

    ABSTRACT

 

Process of the hydrolysis of cellulose into glucose by the process enzymatic hydrolysis using three fungus selulotic namely  Trichoderma reesei, Trichoderma viride, and Aspergillus niger as a producer of cellulase enzyme. The purpose of this research is to get of the high glucose content with the use of Trichoderma reesei, Trichoderma viride, and Aspergillus niger as hydrolyser. From this research obtained results of glucose content most high using a sample of  5 grams of  that at ratio of 2:1 as much as 340 mg/L on variation of the fungus Trichoderma viride : : Trichoderma reesei at to-48 and on the variation of the fungus Trichoderma viride : Aspergillus niger as much as 660 mg/L at to-96.
