ABSTRACT

Bulb dahlia (Dahlia Spp. L) is a plant that can be replanted with cellulose content in 21,67% dahlia bulbs. The results have been achieved for enzyme volume variables 4 ml, 5 ml, 7 ml, 9 ml obtained the highest glucose level on the enzyme volume 7. While for the 2-day, 3-day, 5-day and 6-day fermentation time variables obtained the highest ethanol Ie 13.65% at 3 days fermentation time.
