ISOLASI RHINACANTHIN-C, -N DAN –Q DARI TUMBUHAN CABAI LANDO (RHINACANTHUS NASUTUS)

ABSTRACT

Rhinacanthus nasutus leaves have anti-fungal active substance rhinacanthin-C. The aim of this research is to study the effect of temperature on rhinacanthin-C, -N and –Q yields and to analyze rhinacannthin-C effect against Trichoderma Viride. The result showed that the higher yield is obtained in method with a temperature of 60^oC better for rhinacanthin-C, -N and –Q by the precentage of 2,88%, 0,84% and 1,06%, respectively.
