ABSTRACT

The analysis of free faty acid and value DOBI was studied to see the effect of raw material to quality of crude palm oil (CPO). The results indicated that quality of CPO depend on quality of palm (the over night of palm and rotten of palm). The quality of CPO was studied has been in indonesian standard quality.
