PENGARUH NILAI KONDUKTIVITAS LISTRIK TERHADAP PARAMETER PENGADUKAN BAHAN PENGISI KONDUKTIF TUNGGAL
Abstract
The development of research on composite matrix polymer (PMC) continues to be developed to obtain materials (PMC) that have high stiffness and strength, light weight, corrosion resistance and high conductivity value. This study aims to increase the electrical conductivity, hardness and high tensile strength by hot molding process at 160oC with time 120 minutes, mold length 110 mm, width 10 mm, 3 mm thick and 50 presses Kg / cm2. PMC uses 150μm Graphite as filler and Epoxy / Hardener (hardener) as matrix. Variations of 150μm / Epoxy Graphite compositions of 80/20, were mixed using a mixer with a time of 5 minute, 10 minutes and 15 minute at 250 rpm, 350 rpm and 450 rpm rotation then molded and pressed on a hot press molding device. From the variation of composition, time and temperature applied, obtained the value of electrical conductivity and good mechanical strength at the fourth composition with a heating time of 120 minutes with temperature 160oC for electrical conductivity value of 64,643 S.cm-1 Keywords: Polymer Composites, Epoxy Resins, Electrical ConductivityDownloads
