Abstract

The process of making wire using wire drawing tool has been done by companies, so that the manufacturing process and the
calculation data required to obtain the appropriate mold, how much the withdrawal style is the company's secret. Therefore the author tries
to plan the wire drawing device with wire drawing system, so it can be used as a consideration such as small business, practical tools and
others. In the planning of the wire drawing apparatus with cold working process, the wire drawn is a type of titanium wire with a diameter
of 4mm to 3mm with a mold angle of 10o. After the calculation is obtained the power output needed to pull the wire is 0.5 HP = 0.37 KW.
Capacity of this tool is able to pull the wire along 0.15 m/s.
