Abstract

Destination from this study is for determine of Rheology characteristic, composite of walnut shell45μm< d<75μm and resin polyurethane A(PU) With taguchi method. This experiment study use of walnut shell for glue of material and polyurethaneA(PU) using for resin.thisInstrumentalstudy for universal machine testing. ViscometerBrookfield Machine Testing. This study has using for make variation ratio of polyurethane A (PU) resin of composition and walnut shell (5%: 95%, 10%: 90%, 15%: 85%) with time (10, 15, 20 minute). Result point of this study taguchi idea eggshell candlenut measure 45< D< 75. Lies in comparable composition polyurethane A 5% : 95%, with stirring time 15 minute, rotation speed of stirring is 100 rpm with thinner 15 ml. With result of viscosity is 218,66mPa.s.
