PENERAPAN MRP II DALAM UPAYA PENINGKATAN KAPASITAS PRODUKSI DI CV. FINNA BAKERY
Abstract
CV.Finna Bakery is an that focused on bread production. The company has the problem in fulfill the demand due to lack of capacity at work station. This can be seen from the number of available capacity smaller than the required capacity. The research aims was to identified the bottleneck at work station . The result of Rought Cut Capacity Planning Shows that work station which caused bottleneck was work stations 4 and 5. Two alternatives have been proposed as a solution for this problem. The first alternative was addition of machine and the second alternative was addition of work time. The final result pointed out that addition of machine given the best result based on load percentage. Â
