PENERAPAN QUALITY FUNCTION DEPLOYMENT (QFD) UNTUK PENINGKATAN KUALITAS PRODUK O’CHICKEN BERDASARKAN KEPUASAN PELANGGAN

O’chicken is one of the fast-paced fast-food businesses at the moment. One of the important things to do is to provide good products and services to produce a high level of satisfaction. Improving the quality of these products is done to identify the desires of customers (consumers). The results of the Serqual is known to the highest satisfaction level that is not too long in ordering menu and the lowest level of satisfaction is Ochicken employees have the ability to process the food and beverage menu presented. From QFD obtained House Of Quality (HOQ) which is a development plan improvement and obtained product priority that will be enhanced by Ochicken they are: Conducting training on each employee. Improve the performance of Ochicken employees and the decor of the room and the place is made interesting.
