Aggregate planning stage is done by using tabular method. This method is condutcted to do production planning that resultihing smallest production cost. The last stage is the disaggregation stage which this the is condutcted to prepare step in preparing the Master Production Schedule (JIP). The result of production planning is disaggregation process where there is one product that has positive Ephed Quantity (EQ +) value. This value is so hight that the product can not be scheduled. The most items to be productied  is the a kitchen cabinet with a total product is  12 units, while the least value in production proces is a large kitchen cabin premises with the number of 3 units. By doing the production planning with Aggregate-disaggregate method, we can support the smoothness of the company's production process and the planned production planning that of what should be produced and not be produced. Amount of the company's losses since fluctuate consumer demand that fluctuated will  not occur.
