Many of home industries that appear in the Batu Sangkar requires home industry Bungo Mayang must maintain factors that affect the quality  of the product so that it can stiil exist and remain in demand by the community. This study aims to identify the attribute of customer needs to improve the quality of Bungo Mayang karambia cake products and to identify customer needs attributes based on kano model. The tools used are functional questionnaires and dysfunctional questionnaires that are grouped into must-be, one dimensional, attractive, indifferent, quesionable result, and reverse attributes. From the Kano model calculations it is known that the highest grade attributes are good product quality (O = 66), attractive packaging (O = 61), availability of product information (O = 56), and price conformity (O = 43).
