Abstract

ABSTRACT

 

Process of the hydrolysis of celluloseintoglucose by the process enzymatic hydrolysis usingthree fungus seluloticnamely Trichodermareesei,Trichodermaviride,andAspergillusniger asaproducerofcellulaseenzyme.Thepurpose ofthisresearchisto getofthehighglucosecontentwiththeuseofTrichodermareesei,Trichodermaviride,andAspergillusnigerashydrolyser.From this researchobtainedresultsofglucose contentmost highusingasample of5grams of thatatratioof2:1as muchas340mg/Lon variationofthefungusTrichodermaviride::Trichodermareeseiatto-48andonthevariationof thefungusTrichodermaviride: Aspergillusnigeras muchas660mg/Latto-96.
