 ABSTRACT

 

Inthecurrenttechnologicaldevelopmentisno longerseparatedbyautomationproblems forvariousmeans, automationisalwaysrelatedtothecontrolsystem.Likewise  inthefrequencycontrolsystematPLTMHaimsto maintainthereliabilityofPLTMHoperatingsystemremainsstable.in thisstudycontrollingthefrequencyofPLTMH usinggovernorsystem,thissystemworkstoadjust theflow ofwaterenteringthroughtheopeningofthewatergate (valve)totheturbine.Thewatergatedriverusedis BLDC(BrushlessDirectCurrent)motorandInfraredobstacle sensoras generatorspeedreading,theresultdatafromgeneratorspeedrotationsensorreadingwillbeprocessedby FuzzyLogicalgorithmmethodappliedtoArduinoUnocontroller.Fromtheresearchresultsobtainedspeedgenerator

1050-1189 RPMgeneratefrequencyof35-39,63Hz,withthedifferenceerrorsensorreadingswithsetpoint5-8,53% ArduinocontrollerwillgivesignalPWM26-178 toincreaseor decreasespeedofmotor BLDC,andata1520 RPM generatorspeed withafrequencyof50.6 HzPWMsignal sent controlleris0.
