In this era of globalization, energy sources are increasingly limited, so as alternative sources of energy must be found. One of them by utilizing natural resources into alternative energy sources, for example, which is booming biomass processing into bio-briquette. The main process of making biobriket is cabonisasi, namely the formation of biomass into charcoal, so it needs carbonizator tool. In this research, the design of carbonization pyrolisis  that functioned as a tool that produces charcoal as well as liquid smoke as its by-product. With this tool carbonisator  designed will give the result of  quantity of charcoal and heat transfer more evenly.
