Abstract

              Factory X is a sapik producer that has a production capacity of one day 24 kg with  processing time of 6 hours 55 minutes. The condition of the operator sits on the floor with the legs folded, with the height of the mold from the floor surface 12 cm, so that the operator works by bending this can potentially pose a risk of muscle injury in workers. This study conducted a PLIBEL questionnaire on the printing operator which resulted in 54.8% of operators complaining on the neck, shoulders and upper back. Assessing hands by using Job Strain Index shows that work is classified as dangerous and risky. Assessment of work posture using the REBA method found the highest in filling the dough until putting it into the burning score of 11 risk levels need to be improved at this time, making improvements to work posture using anthropometric data. Reassessment by the REBA method is obtained when filling the dough until it puts it into a burning score of 4 with a level of risk that needs improvement.
