IMPLEMENTASI SIX SIGMA UNTUK MEMINIMASI CACAT PRODUK (STUDI KASUS DI CV. LIBERTY SHOES)
Abstract
Liberty Shoes is a company engaged in leather shoes for men and women. Although this company has long been established but it still defective products produced by the company so that this problem will affect the loyalty of consumers and companies will be difficult to maintain a stable profit. From the production data of Liberty Shoes in the period January to December 2017, five months of production were found, with 12% of defective products being damaged. The damage is from July to November 2017. The damage is in July to November 2017. With the problems that exist then made further problems using the six sigma method and the concept of kaizen with the aim of analyzing the quality control done Liberty Shoes and find out what factors affect the quality of shoes to be less good. Stages of six sigma are Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control.
