Abstract

The average percentage of achievement of the results obtained are: financial perspective with the percentage of achievement of results 89.56% which means the performance of Post Office in a good financial perspective, customer perspective percentage of achievement of results with the average satisfaction of 3.21 which means company performance on the perspective the customer is good enough or the customer is quite satisfied, internal business perspective with the achievement of result that is 6 innovation (score 5) which means the performance of Post Office on internal business is very good, learning and growth perspective with achievement of result 86,11% Post Office learning and growth perspective is good.
