ANALISA INVENTORI PADA KOPERASI X DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN ECONOMIC ORDER QUANTITY (EOQ) DAN LEAST UNIT COST (LUC)
Abstract
Inventorys always needed in our life, for personal needs, households, offices and in other businesses. Without inventory, the company will be faced a risk, which is not able to achieve the wishes of customers. Koperasi X is engaged to meet the needs of members. Koperasi X consists of several types of business units, ware Savings and Loans Unit, Secretariat Unit, ATK Unit (Office Stationery), PDU Unit (General Trading), Unit Cafe, Department Stores. The ATK unit has a problems to classification of product by classes. Therefore, this research was conducted to categorize the level of importance of product based on the largest funds to the lowest by using the Analysis of ABC. In class A there are 23 types of products, class B there are 51 types of products, and class C there are 105 types of products. The quality of inventory is determined by minimizing inventory costs, using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) total inventory cost are113,429,600, while the Least Unit Cost (LUC) method are 49,071,630.
