Abstract

Toko Vega Shoes is one of the stores that sells wholesale shoes. In wholesale shoes sale are highly demanded in the costumer service. Customer satisfaction may affect the results and earnings of the store, if the store doesn’t provide a good service to the customer then the customer will buy to another store. The research results are obtained factors of causing income reduction on Toko Vega Shoes, including: design models that must be updated, there are competitors who make a new breakthrough, prices that relatively more expensive than competitors, and less fast service. This study used Business Model Canvas and Tools Why-Why Sheet to finds the root of the problems that occurred at the store so that solution can be founded to increase sales at the store.
