PERANCANGAN ALAT PENGERING KERUPUK KULIT KAPASITAS 20 KG MENGGUNAKAN BAHAN BAKAR GAS

Abstract

Skin crackers is one type of snack that is in West Sumatra, and is one of the favorite foods in West Sumatra. In the process of drying skin crackers is still done manually, especially in the drying process of skin crackers, so that it requires a lot of time and energy and a little production results, for this purpose a skin cracker dryer is designed to increase the production of skin crackers so that the drying process takes time the few and the production process increases. Leather crackers have a capacity of 20 kg with the contents of each rack weighing 5 kg.
