STRATEGI PEMASARAN DI USAHA KERIPIK BALADO 4 x 7 DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN ANALISIS EFAS DAN IFAS

Abstract

This study uses the SWOT method, namely the company's strategy for planning business strategies in the short and long term. IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Summary) is a factor of a company's internal strategy that contains the strengths and weaknesses of the company. EFAS (External Factor Analysis Summary), namely the company's external strategy factors that contain opportunities and threats. In the proposed strategy there are 4 proposed strategies, namely the SO strategy is to use the power to utilize the opportunities used if the company is in cell 1, the WO strategy is to minimize weaknesses to take advantage of opportunities if the company is in cell 3 the company is in cell 2, the ST strategy is to minimize weaknesses and avoid threats if the company is in cell 4. The results of the study with the SWOT method with IFAS values are 2.30 and EFAS 2.15. In the SWOT diagram the cartesius line position is on the IB cell and supports Stable Growth
