DESAIN KEMASAN KIPANG KACANG H.ANAS DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE KANSEI ENGINEERING

Abstract

Packaging is a container or a product packaging. Along with the development of functional, packaging now is not only used as a wrapper, but also as aspect of aesthetics displayed. Aesthetics is an added value that must be highlighted on product packaging so that it can provide an attraction for consumers who would buy it. By doing so, business owners should innovate on the packaging being used to increase sales volume. A suitable method for this condition is to use kansei engineering. This method aims to design a product based on the wishes of consumers. This research was conducted at UKM H.Anas well as kansei words used in this design are: good, attractive, elegant unique, easy to carry, easy to open, reuse, recycle, colorful, bright, distinctive and complete. Packaging design elements, namely: display packaging, ergonomics, environment, packaging color, brand and packaging label. From these Kansai words and selected design elements, it is expected to produce packaging that is in accordance with what consumer want there it would increase the sales of kipang kacang H.Anas.
