PENGUKURAN PRODUKTIVITAS DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE OBJECTIVE MATRIX PADA PERUSAHAAN ROTI YANA BAKERY

Abstract

Roti Yana Bakery is repsesent company which active in processing of bakery industri. The bread that have produced was bakery and bread. A few years ago, bread had been so many decrease of produce. After conducted by research of antecedent in produce division, it seem there is no him a measurement of productivity from company. So that there is no barometer from story level attainment of production goals. This is represent management task to be able to improve company productivity. On the used methods to increase productivity in produce division is by using Objective Matrix Method (OMAX). With this method can be obtained by criterian wich can be measured to increase productivity is: effectiveness criterian attainment of goals produce with mean 84,38%, efeciency criterian usage of machine with mean 96,58%, labor efficiency criterian with mean 99,16%, criterian of quality of production with mean 97,00%. The management can see result of its measurement. So that the management can know the factors any kind of becoming especial determination in improving company productivity, so that can do repair to measurement of productivity a period of will come to fulfill production goals.
