I-SCADA is a web-based remote control system or using an internet network, with the ability to monitor and control data from controlled devices. I-SCADA technology is possible to directly control and monitor these parameters. In this monitoring and control system measurements of electrical quantities such as current, voltage, real power and power factor are measured and control the load units of building at the third Campus Proclamator Bung Hatta University. The purpose of this research is to make a controller and monitor the electrical energy of third Campus Proclamator Bung Hatta University from a web-based. The tools made consists of components such as current sensors, voltage sensors, relays, Arduino Mega, Ethernet Shield modules and is equipped with server and web facilities. Each component is tested before being assembled into a system. The results showed that we can control and monitor electrical loads remotely using internet communication media with WEB Server.
