PERANCANGAN SISTEM MONITORING PADA GEDUNG BERTINGKAT TINGGI (HIGH RISE BUILDING) BERBASIS LABVIEW

Abstract

Increasing population will have an impact on residential areas, the higher the level of human needs, the more likely they will be to find facilities in the form of housing. One of the effects of security on occupancy needs to be installed standard tools that can ensure safety so that residents feel comfortable. High-level buildings require facilities that can support all activities. These activities are supported by equipment that can be monitored through a computer. This is intended so that management can carry out policies based on conditions that occur. For example, energy conservation policy, so that the building that is energy-efficient and environmentally sound has its roots. In order for this condition to be achieved, a labview based high-level monitoring system is conducted. This design uses Arduino Mega as a controller with the input switch button and several sensors, while the output is Bluetooth as the interface between Mega Andino with a computer, DC gearbox motor as an elevator motor, motor driver as a controller of the DC gearbox motor. The results of the study found that Arduino is able to communicate and work well with programs that are transferred through LabVIEW software (Laboratory Virtual Instruments Engineering Workbench), and by using Labview software as its monitoring, the data can be sent in real time.
