Abstract

In the development of technology today is no longer separated from the problem of automation for various facilities, automation is always related to the control system. Likewise, the BLDC motor control system on MHP which aims to maintain the reliability of the MHP operating system remains stable. in this study the control of the BLDC motorbike on the PLTMH uses a governor system, this system works to regulate the flow of water entering through the valve opening to the turbine. The sluice gate used is a BLDC motor (Brushless Direct Current) and infra red obstacle sensor as a generator speed reading, the data from the fan rotation speed sensor (turbine simulation) will be processed using the Fuzzy Logic method applied to the Arduino Uno controller. From the research results obtained fan fan speed (turbine simulation) 0-4228 RPM produces a frequency of 0-70.46 Hz, with an error reading sensor difference with a set point 0-4.68% Arduino controller will provide a PWM signal 70-255 for increase or decrease the speed of the BLDC motor, and at the fan fan speed (turbine simulation) 2940 RPM with a frequency of 49 Hz the PWM signal sent by the controller is 0.
