Abstract

ABSTRACT

         Ant sugar is a modified product of brown sugar. The advantages of ant sugar compared to brown sugar are more durable, easier to use (soluble in water), easy to grind, the appearance is more altractive and the price is higher than brown sugar. The ant sugar has a lower glycemic index compared to sugar. Production equipment of ant sugar consiting of nets/ wareng made from aluminium, buckets, stoves, cauldrons, basins, tables , wooden beams and has been studied. The design results of the ant sugar production process can increase the amount of the rate of ant sugar production compared to traditional methods
