PENGENDALIAN PERSEDIAAN MENGGUNAKAN ANALISIS ABC DAN METODE ECONOMIC ORDER QUANTITY (EOQ) (Studi Kasus:Apotek Bunda Medika)

Abstract

Inventory is one of the assets owned by the company consisting of raw, semi-finished and finished goods which are processed according to needs so that the availability of inventory must be regulated properly. Mother Medika Pharmacy is a company that provides a variety of drugs both commonly used or medicines that are consumed according to doctor's recommendations, this pharmacy is make to stock. The study was conducted to classify drug items based on large investments, calculate inventory costs and determine reordering plans. This study uses ABC analysis, economic order quantity and reorder point methods. The results obtained by product grouping of the highest investment amount based on ABC analysis with a comparison of the percentage of group A 69% at a cost of Rp 62,682,086 and group B 21% at a cost of Rp. 18,601,756, and group C 10% at a cost of Rp 8,995,603. The cost of procuring supplies obtained from the Economic Order Quantity method is far less than the price obtained from procurement done by pharmacies based on the number of items and their prices. The reorder plan for group A products is to be re-procured if the stock has reached 50% of the minimum inventory.
