Identifikasi Faktor-Faktor Desain Kemasan Jengkol Crispy Mengunakan Metode Quality Function Deployment (QFD)
Abstract
Jengkol Malin's cracker business began in 2016 until now. Packaging is one of the important factors that must be considered to win the attention of consumers, therefore packaging can be a surefire strategy in marketing a product to attract consumer buying interest, thereby increasing the selling value of Mr. Malin's crispy jengkol. Improving the quality of product packaging is done to identify the desires of customers (consumers). The product quality measurement method used is the Serqual and Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method. QFD is a development plan to improve the packaging weaknesses obtained from the Importance-Performance Analysts. The QFD obtained from the House of Quality (HOQ) which is a development plan for improvement and obtained priority of packaging products that will be improved by Jengkol Crospy RJM include: Using thick plastic packaging and able to protect the product, Using aluminum foil with a combination of other materials, The form of packaging is made as eccentric as possible, the contents of the product are weighed before packing, the code is made as short as possible making it easier to search for products and make product barcodes
