PERANCANGAN ALAT BANTU PENGANGKUT GALON UNTUK GEDUNG BERTINGKAT (Studi Kasus : Koperasi Universitas Bung Hatta)

Abstract

The Bung Hatta University Cooperation delivers approximately 10 gallons of shipping per period. Workers bring the gallon from the first floor to the fourth floor by lifting the gallon and putting it on their shoulder. The problem that is happening right now is, workers do the gallon removal by repeating themselves, causing fatigue due to too much expending energy. To solve this problem, a designed tool trolley that is able to carry gallons easily with more capacity and spend less energy. The method used is the Quality Function Deployment. The stages of this method are identifying  consumer desires, determining  the level of importance, creating a matrix of resistance between product attributes and characteristics, identifying interactions and determine the target image to be achieved. In the alternative selection, the alternative 1 is chosen with a score of 4.17.
