PENENTUAN JUMLAH TENAGA KERJA DAN MESIN PADA PROSES PRODUKSI DI CV. SIMAS FIBER GLASS BERDASARKAN WAKTU STANDAR (Studi Kasus : Seluncuran CV. Simas Fiber Glass)

Abstract

                    CV. Simas Fiber Glass is one of the manufacturers of play ground rides (Slides), which is located on the road by Km Km 9.5, Kel. Korong Gadang, Kec. Kuranji, Padang City. CV. Simas Fiber Glass has 9 work stations in the activities of producing slides. This research is carried out in order to get the optimal number of workers in the making of slides with the aim of determining the number of workers and machines that are in accordance with production needs so that the company can achieve its production targets. In calculating to get the standard time researchers only used Microsoft Excel 2010 software. This research was carried out based on the standard time of the slide production process. Based on the results of the study, it was obtained the number of proposed workforce in making slides as many as 3 people with a total order of 6 units per day.
