Abstract

Abstract
Limitations of energy such as electricity blackouts periodic phenomena due to lack of electrical energy that happens now will be interfering the human daily activities. The solution to this problem is alternative energy, solar light into electrical energy using photovoltaic technology. Based on the load attached, photovoltaic generated power is stored in batteries Maintenance Free (12 Volt - 100 Amperehour), amounting to 240 units arranged in 24 parallel circuit where the circuit consists of 5 units are connected in series. The resulting DC voltage is changed using 3 phase inverter. Solar modules that are used as much as 240 units of photovoltaic (specification Power = 230 Watt, Voltage = 24 Volt, Current = 7.82 Ampere) are arranged in series and parallel with a total voltage of 120 Volt, the total current of 375.4 Ampere and the total power of 45.043 Watt, so exposure to 9 hours a day (8:00 to 17:00 pm) obtained for the energy generated 265.306 Watthour. Meanwhile, based on the load applied, the resulting solar modules power totaling 180 units (33.783 Watt), it takes as many as 180 units of batteries to store the energy generated solar modules. So that exposure to 9 hours a day, the energy obtained at 198.979 Watthour.
