ANALISA BEBAN KERJA OPERATOR DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE WORKLOAD ANALYSIS DAN FULL TIME EQUIVALENT (FTE) DI HONESTY BY YOESANI SHOES

Abstract

Honesty by Yoesani Shoes is a business engaged in convection with products in the form of shoes and sandals. In the production process there is an imbalance in the operator's workload. Based on these problems, research aimed to determine the operator's workload and determine the optimal number of manpower requirements. This study uses workload analysis and Full Time Equivalent (FTE) methods, a workload analysis method that measures the length of time to complete work and is converted into the optimal number of operators. Based on the results of the research, there is an imbalance of workloads at the gluing and finishing stations, where the gluing station experiences an overload workload with an FTE value of 1.55 and the finishing work station is underloaded with an FTE value of 0.25. For this reason, improvements were made by combining several elements of work. The results obtained at the gluing work station the FTE value of 1.13 from this value the workload on the gluing station was in the normal category and at the finishing station the increase in the FTE value was increased from 0.25 to 0.67. From the FTE results, all work stations for the workload of all operators are in the normal category for work.
