IMPLEMENTASI VALSAT PADA PROSES PRODUKSI KANTONG SEMEN UNTUK MENDAPATKAN METODE DALAM MEMINIMASI PEMBOROSAN
Abstract
Bag factory PT. Semen Padang produce cement bag consisting of two types namely pasted and sewing. In the manufacture of pasted bag using two types of machines are cutting machines to produce semi-finished bags and produce bags so Bottomer engine. There are 7 production floor waste: overproduction, unnecessary movement, excessive transportation, defects, inapproriate processing, unnecessary inventory and waiting . By looking at the relationship between waste with the selected tools VALSAT Process Activity Mapping, Quality Filter Mapping and Demand Amplification Mapping to map waste found. So that waste can be minimized at a later stage, the solutions proposed to overcome the work instruktion waste time waiting, defective products due to exhaustion of glue when production by making use of the concept of Poka Yoke devices, information systems design flow to address the miss comunication so that excess production when demand decreases and tables for cement bag container defects that could eliminate useless movements based on the principle Therblig.
