ANALISA PEMILIHAN LAPTOP DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE AHP (ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROSES)

Abstract

This study was about consumer perceptions of competition three laptops (Acer, Toshiba, Toshiba). Many laptop brands on the market, will clearly affect the behavior of consumers to choose the brand with a range of features offered by the seller. One method that can help to determine the basis of consumers choose a product from the alternatives of existing products is to use a method of AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) is a method to rank the decision alternatives and select the best one if the decision makers have a lot of goals or criteria. In this study, the data obtained by distributing questionnaires given to 30 respondents who had used the laptop Acer, Toshiba, and Toshiba to determine the condition of the leptop. From the data processing sub-criteria expensive price with 0107 weights, 0471 weights moderately priced and low price with superior weight of 0.422 acer and toshiba axioo. Of sub-criteria battery endurance with weights 0.485, 0.101 and casing with weights is not easy to heat with 0.414 weight superior acer and toshiba axioo. Of sub-criteria harddis 640 GB with 0812 weights, weighing 500 GB and 320 GB with 0158 weights are superior to 0.030 acer and toshiba axioo. Of sub-criteria facility of high speed USB and weighs 0411, webcam with weights weighing 0.210 and 0.379 bluetooth acer toshiba and superior axioo. Of criteria for core i7 processor with 0762 weights, core i5 with 0129 weights and core i3 with weights superior acer 0109 toshiba and axioo. And sub-criteria 8 GB of RAM memory and weighs 0.504, 4 GB with 2 GB weights 0.086 and 0.410 with weights superior acer and toshiba axioo. The result is the sum of all the weights by using expert choise. Results indicate that many respondents chose acer laptop because it has a weight of 0467.
