PERANCANGAN ALAT TEKUK PLAT DENGAN SUDUT TEKUK BERVARIASI”
Abstract
Currently, technological developments are clearly visible in the industrial sector, where in general an industry will try to produce products in large quantities so that they can meet consumer needs. We have felt the impact of progress in industrial technology in our daily lives, whether in the household, in the market or around us, which has been met by the results of progress in the field of technology and of course this was created for human needs. So a tool called Bending was made. What are the design stages in producing a plate bending tool product with varying angles where the maximum plate thickness is 2 mm with a maximum plate length of 30 cm. The purpose of writing this final assignment is to obtain specifications for a plate bending tool with a maximum AISI 1040 plate thickness of 2 mm and a maximum plate length of 30 cm and to assist the final assignment testing process for bending workpieces. The design results of the AISI 1040 plate bending tool with varying bending angles have the following tool design specifications. The frame length is 1000 mm, the hydraulic capacity is 5 tonnes, the hydraulic weight is 50 kg, the maximum bending force (F) is 49000 N, the frame height is 800 mm, and the bending angles are 75°, 80°, 85° and 90°.References
