PEMBUATAN ALAT TEKUK PLAT DENGAN SUDUT TEKUK BERVARIASI
Abstract
Currently, the need for plates for industry is increasing very rapidly, both in small industries and in universities with mechanical engineering majors. Making bending tools varies according to the designer's specifications. To obtain documentation of the bending tool manufacturing process according to the designer. How to make a bending tool that uses hydraulics to make it easier for operators to work in the process of bending workpieces, designing and making bending tools to bend plates at varying angles. The following are the stages of testing the tool. After all the components have been made, then proceed to assembly and a plate bending tool is formed according to the designer. Next, a road test will be carried out so it will be seen that the results of the plate bending tool test are in accordance with the desired results. Then carry out the process of checking all components for errors and damage to the components of the plate bending tool and then carry out tests carried out with the bending tool. In forming a part, accuracy and caution is needed in measuring and cutting parts of the material to be formed so that these parts are easier to fabricate during assembly. Plate bending tool for shape gaps with a die angle of 75°, 80° ,85°,90° and a maximum plate length of 30 mm and a die mold length of 300 mm have been successfully made. The results of the product used for the experiment were using the maximum plate thickness, namely 2 mm thick, the size was in accordance with what was planned and the product results on the inside did not experience shrinkage. The hydraulic bottle jack is used as a driver to press the punch and has the following tool specifications: - Frame dimensions (1050 x 705 x 705) mm - M8, M10 and M12 bolts - Hydraulic bottle jack 5 tons.References
