PENJADWALAN SHIFT KERJA PERAWAT DENGAN MEMPERTIMBANGKAN TINGKAT KEMAMPUAN PERAWAT DAN KEBUTUHAN HARI LIBUR

Abstract

ABSTRACT
Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital Padang (Rumah Sakit Islam Ibnu Sina Padang) a company which
serve health services facilities to the costumer. An example of health services was served by nurse. Nurse
is a key factor in the hospital connected to activities of administration to patience at the hospital. Services,
which were given by nurse to the patience, hold an important role to influence the performance of hospital
based on costumer view as a main user. In addition, Rumah Sakit Islam Ibnu Sina Padang must be
optimally arranged due to nurse labourer source. Legislation Rumah Sakit Islam Ibnu Sina Padang to
arrange a fair spreading nurse schedule time would influence the quality of services of the hospital so they
can perform all requirements of the hospital user.
This research would try to manage a scheduling working time of nurse by considering a day off request by
nurse where each of nurses had the same hours of shift which was suited with their skill level. The
working nurse schedule was piled in order to balance the shift working hours of each nurse, to decrease
the different total working hour time of each nurse and suited nurse schedule to the aspect of scheduling
nurse.
Assuming should be considered on this project was recommendation schedule for each nurse such as 1
day off, 2 morning shift, 2 afternoon shift and 2 night shift for one cycle period of work. Request from
each nurse were processed by using tools solver in excel software program.
