ABSTRACT
Palm oil mill PT AMP Plantation is one of the companies engaged in the
production of crude palm oil ( CPO ) , the raw material in this industry comes from the
company's own plantation and plantation society . Based on the research that has been
conducted on laboratory PT.AMP Plantation , working position for some work processes
are still wrong and needs to be repaired , is due to the design of the workplace and work
desk antoprometri and not in accordance with standard operating procedures ( SOP ) in
the working procedure . Workplace checks the CPO is working desk and desk checking
kuliatas CPO fiber separation and nut . This would greatly disrupt the productivity of the
operator is not comfortable in the work , even if the injury may mislead allowed to
continue for a long time . objectives of this study include the aim to design and repair
work table according workplace conditions based on human anthropometry . Instrument
data processing is done on the problems that occur when this is carried out anlisa GAP (
gap ) and the REBA method , to determine the results obtained have been optimized so
that all the goals set have been achieved as expected . The size of the initial work desk
with high work table 150 x 50 x 70 cm it is very disturbing in the checking process
because too low . After the design into a working table size164.14x76.32x85.75cm .
