Abstract

By looking case above, arise desire author to research way improve violence surface in tooth pull the in a way provide heat treatment and fast cooling treatment, until tooth pull increase the violence and not fast timeworn so that can operate favorably and longer.This purpose research namely to know fast dipping media variation influence and hot temperatures and resistant time that same to the value violence. From violence testing result in get result that tooth pull that granted 8000C's hot treatment time detention 60 minute and dipping promptly use Oli SAE 10-20 produce highest value violence namely totalled 196,86 BHN. While tooth pull that granted 8000C's hot treatment time detention 60 minute and dipping promptly use Oli SAE 40 produce lowest kekerasaan value namely totalled 189,33 BHN.
