PERANCANGAN DAN PEMBUATAN CHECK FIXTURE BRACKET SPRING DI PT. GEMALA KEMPA DAYA JAKARTA

Abstract

Nowadays, the manufacture industry is expanding very fast, specially in developing country as Indonesia. The request of product from customers increase. Based on this condition, PT. Gemala Kempa Daya as one of manufacture industry in Indonesia takes a big step to increase production capacity. Two of components that assembled in PT. Gemala Kempa Daya are bracket spring number three and four. PT. Gemala Kempa Daya has applied conventional procces to check bracket spring. It spent a lot of time. As the answer some tools of check fixture plug gauge are made to check that components. Check fixture plug gauge is a tool that used to help checking procces dimension of a component perfectly. This tool has two parts, there are GO and NO GO. So that the result of checking procces will get bracket spring in good condition or bad condition. The aim of this study is to reduce operational time and to create work effectively by using check fixture.
