PERBAIKAN FASILITAS KERJA PADA STASIUN CUTTING YANG TIDAK ERGONOMIS SEBAGAI UPAYA MENGURANGI TERJADINYA GANGGUAN OTOT PADA OPERATOR

Abstract

The rapid competition in the business world presents challenges and opportunities for businesses both domestic and international businessman. CV. Dragon this is one of a family company engaged in manufacturing who must this also faces competition. In this company is the operator has the problem that arise at the production procces in this company is the operator has musculoskeletal pain disorder on their back. It is happens in the cutting work stations that still using the manual material handling system. This research attemp to develop a work facility design that in corporate aspects. Using a questionnare body map and  Quick Expocure Check (QEC) method, for operators, a facility work design is develop in order to reduce musculoskeletal disorder for operators.
