PEMANFAATAN GAS BUANG TERPRODUKSI UNTUK MENAIKKAN TEMPERATUR DI RANTAU BAIS GATHERING STATION

Penelitian berjudul Pemanfaatan gas buang terproduksi untuk menaikkan temperatur di Rantau bais Gathering station menggunakan variasi tekanan dan temperatur dari uap panas yang di hasilkan dari Boiler Huff&Puff bertujuan mengetahui temperatur yang optimum,mengetahui kandungan BS&W,dan kinerja Boiler Huff&Puff menaikkan temperatur sebagai alternatif penurunan Basic Water & Sediment (BS&W) minyak Rantau Bais yang tinggi (>9.0%) dan menurunkan tekanan pipa Trunk line – HCT (Hidrocarbon Transportation). Pemisahan minyak dipengaruhi oleh temperatur minyak mentah (crude oil), densitas liquid,settling time,dan retention time. Variabel yang digunakan yaitu temperatur fluida reservoir dan pressure Boiler Huff&Puff. Metode penelitian terdiri dari penyediaan alat Boiler uap panas Huff&Puff (Portable Steam),pengubahan temperatur dan tekanan injeksi steam. Analisa BS&W dilakukan di laboratorium. Kesimpulan penelitian ini, pressure optimum yang bisa dipakai oleh Boiler 120 Psig dengan temperature inject 135˚F dengan discharge shipping line yang di hasilkan discharge pressure terendah 150 Psig temperature optimum 125 ˚F untuk menghasilkan BS&W 5.0%.

Abstract
The experiment of “Utilize produce gas to increase temperature at Rantau Bais Gathering Station” using variety of pressure and temperature of heated steam from boiler Huff & Puff is aims to determine the optimum temperature of steam used to decrease the basic sediment & water (BS&W) of rantau bais crude oil. This experiment will focus on boiler huff&puff performance as an alternative way to decrease high BS&W of Rantau bais Crude oil (above 9.0%). And lowering trunk line pressure HCT (hydrocarbon Transportation). Crude oil separations are affected by crude oil temperature, liquid density, settling time and retention time. Variable that used in this experiment are reservoir fluid temperature& and boiler huff&puff pressure. The experiment is used huff puff boiler (portable steam) with changing the temperature and pressure of injected steam.. BS&W analysis conducted on laboratory. This research conclude that optimum pressure of boiler is 120 Psig and temperature 135°F with lowest discharge shipping line 150 Psig and optimum discharge temperature 125°F to reach BS&W 5.0%
