ANALISA STUDI KELAYAKAN DIVERSIFIKASI PRODUK MINUMAN COKLAT DALAM KEMASAN SIAP SAJI

Abstract

Chokato is a product that was produce byTanjung Subur Choclate factory. Chokato still using traditional pacaging that need costomer effort to fill the choclate powder with hot water before the costomer ready to drink it. This condition aren’t mach with costomer satisfaction that need a ready to drink chocolate. That make this product very hard to penetrate and compete with other product. For solve this condition, diversification is needed.for make sure the diversification are feasible and provitable the feasibility study is a must with three aspect. Market aspect to make sure there is the market demand of the product, technical aspect to chose what technology that suitable with this conditin and last the finacial aspect to calculate the Net Present Value and Internal Rate of Return with Bank Indonesian rate in 7,75%. The result is 551,021,824 for NPV and 44,9431%  for IRR.
