ABSTRACT
A period of now, along with growth of technology which is fast progressively, specially related to tools / materials. Beside that is, assorted exploiting in material specially steel or iron many us meet in everyday life like trellis, house fence, bridge,etc. One of application which used in steel and iron usage of profile steel of L with total dimension of length 2040 mm, wide 1540 mm and also high 820 mm used as base in order to machine dryer of livestock dirt . Where intention of this research is to get maximum tension and factor safety the frame and also get comparison of result analyse loading manually and graphical. As for method which used in this research with static analysis method with encumbering of apportionment theoretically and simulation method use software. From got theoretical result of maximum tension equal to 1803 N/cm2and of safety factor equal to 1,52 and also result of simulation got maximum tension equal to 2195,2 kg/cm2and safety factor equal to 1,28, hence the frame expressed peaceful to be used.
