ANALISA PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI PT. SEMEN PADANG

Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the influence of the working environment and work stress on employee performance at PT. Semen Padang and to analyze which variable has more influence between the work environment and work stress on employee performance at PT. Semen Padang. Samples used as many as 50 people from a population of 100 people on the day shift. Data collection methods used were observation, interviews, and keusioner. Data were analyzed with multiple linear regression with SPSS 16. The findings obtained that the regression test results for the working environment and work stress have a significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Semen Padang. The regression test results showed that the most dominant variable influence on the performance of employees of PT. Semen Padang is the work environment contained in the physical environment of work, the results of a regression coefficient of 0.537 and has a probability value of 0.000, it means that the physical working environment has a significant influence on employee performance.
